From Me To You

As I said in my previous entry, this post is going to be a little bit different. Last week, as I mentioned, it was my birthday. As part of Zotgeist from macZOT, I received the application that they were selling on the day of my birthday. Well, I already own the application that was given to me. So, what can I possibly do with it?

How about I give it away to someone who comments on this post, chosen at random? Sounds good to me. I’ve spoken to the company, so I know that all is good from a legal point of view. Anyway, the license will be registered to my email address however you’d be getting the serial number. Fortunately, when you go to register the application you don’t have to enter my name or email address - so don’t worry about that.

The application I have in mind to give away is RapidWeaver. For those of you who don’t know, RapidWeaver is a really powerful, easy to use website building application. It’s so simple that you can just drag and drop to create your own blog, photo album, movie page or more. For more information check out Realmac Software website.

So, that is what’s on offer! I’ll email the serial number to a random person who comments below, via the email address they use to submit the comment. Good luck! The winner will be announced on Friday (the 9th) of this week.

    Hi,

I saw the announcement on digg. So, I thought I come by and post a reply. Who knows, the fortunate winner could be me, right? :) Thanks for the offer.

I’m no good at HTML. I could use something simple and useful. I might even begin bloggin’ about something and create some artistic entries. Thanks for the offer!

    Hey,

I too saw the announcement on digg. You never know i could be the lucky gal to get it.
It would be a cool gift for my birthday, i’m getting old on the 14th march, 23!

    Really cool idea, thank you

    Hellooooo,

I thought this was a great idea, especially because you like the program so much. I’ve never had the chance to use it, but being into webdesign (and big into graphics), I have heard of it from time to time, here’s to hoping for a chance!

Is there going to be some form of draw? Preferably out of a hat? I hope so.

For the record this is a plea for a hat drawing, not the software; it would probably look suspicious. :-P

I’ve been tossing up whether or not to use RapidWeaver over iWeb.

iWeb is cool in its simplicity but it lacks overall power. It would be nice to have a mixture of iWeb for layout and RapidWeaver for the code editing.
