Idea: Better than Ive or Schiller.
I recently read an article at Times Online, which seemed to favour Jonathan Ive as the next CEO of Apple. While it’s without a doubt that he would bring a lot of style to the position, there were a multitude of comments (not just on that article) saying that Phil Schiller should assume position as head honcho.
Personally, I have a better idea. Included, at random, with selected “Pro” machines should be a Golden Ticket — Wonka-style.

These tickets would be inside the box of five MacBook Pro’s and MacPro’s to ensure that only the true Apple elite are the only ones in the running. We don’t want the next CEO to be some riff-raff, cheap-ass or uncouth slob with only a MacBook, now, do we? The lucky five would be given a tour of the Mothership (Apple HQ, Cupertino) and the one that was able to resist playing with all the shiny things and the soda that makes you fly would win the prize — to be the next CEO of Apple.
It’s an idea…
Seriously, though, who do you think could replace Steve Jobs? It’s weird to think these iconic people will one day no longer be there as the figurehead of the company. Microsoft without Gates, Apple without Jobs.. Imagine if and when an evil person takes control of Google.
(Yeah, I suck at image editing.. and this was my first time trying Pixelmator)
