Just the beginning?
If you’ve stumbled on to the Apple website recently, you’ll have noticed the new banner advert. I only found it myself because I accidentally clicked their logo after visiting the Higher Education Apple Store (pricing the Mac Pro versus the iMac). Despite, as some people believe, me living and breathing Apple it isn’t often I check out their website; I’m just so glad I did tonight. Quoting the new banner:

Welcome to 2007.
I was already excited due to Macworld San Francisco only being less than a week away but now I’m really looking forward to it. Hopefully, they will release many shiny, new things so that I can get my new workstation started.

Shiny? Well, shiny AND white.
And do they honestly think the first 30 years were actually ‘just the beginning’? I doubt weather the last few years with the iPod boom that they claimed that just ‘the beginning’.

Well, not so much shiny. I just like anything that shines or sparkles, oddly enough.
No, I don’t think it’s “Just the beginning” per se. I’m assuming they’re going to have a good few new pieces of hardware out this year, such as the Mac Mobile/Phone, the iTV and I guess they’re just branching even further from standard “computers” that they had to claim something like “Just the beginning”.
Still excited though! Hehe.

Hmm, I’m still doubting they’ll release anything like the iTV this year.
