MacHeist Raises Over $50,000 For Charity
As the title says, Macheist has raised over $50,000 for all of the charities put together. As only 25% of the total money raised goes to charity, that means that MacHeist has made over $200,000, from over 4000 software bundles being sold.
It also means that NewsFire has officially been unlocked to everyone that has purhcased the bundle and to everyone who purchases it from now on. In my previous article I wrote about NewsFire and, in all honesty, I’m looking forward to having it as I’ve never used anything but Safari’s built in method to read RSS feeds.
So congratulations to the MacHeist team for raising that much for charity and congratulations to everyone for buying and donating to the charities (even if you did only want the apps…).
